No transactions were made in the past 2 months.
I have had buy transactions for Ascendas Reit in March, but its price went up before the orders got fulfilled. What a missed opportunity as its price, along with Reits generally have gone up. This is life, you will miss all kinds of opportunities.
Meanwhile, I will continue to keep a look out. Though with the volume amount of work coming in, it is really hard to juggle and find time to look at stock prices or even read the price alerts that I had set. I am quite certain that the next month is going to be even more hectic.

I am puzzled as to why you choose to compute the mthly average received by dividing dividends received in 2025 (jan to Mar) by the full 12 mths. Surely , the average div received mthly would be for what u received for the whole 12 mths and divided by 12 ya?
ReplyDeleteBecause I am lazy to keep changing formula for the number of months. For example if it is March, I need to divide total dividends received by 3. Whereas when it is April, I need to divide by 4.
