I am just watching and reminding myself to be patient. Reits like MIT are so attractive once again, but with interest rate not coming down and the fact that MIT is already my biggest portfolio, I am mindful of purchasing it. Maybe in the month of Feb, my fingers will be itchy and I will give in to temptation. 

Meanwhile, I am waiting eagerly for our Singapore Bank stocks financial result in Feb. Will DBS give a special dividends with the change in command? Will there be a stock split in the plan? We shall see come 10 Feb!

Transactions: 

-  Added 5,900 units of Keppel DC Reit via the recent Preferential Offering at $2.03

As a result of the recent Keppel DC Reit preferential offering, I have taken advantage of it and applied for excess rights, averaging up my average price for Keppel DC Reit.  

As of 24 Dec 2024, Market has priced in just one rate cut for 2025. Currently, we are at 425-450. We can expect more changes in expectations in early 2025 when Trump becomes the President and starts to try to implement some of his policies. 

As always, I will just continue what I am doing, building my portfolio brick by brick.
