An exciting month with lots of financial results release and DBS bonus share being issued.
Meanwhile my portfolio has went into the red. I had tried to add on CapLand Ascendas Reit but my orders were not fulfilled. I will just need to be more patient and wait.
All eyes are on what US Fed bank's action especially when they are going to do the first rate cut. The market has in the last couple of weeks priced in only 1 rate cut this year instead of the projected 3. As a result of this, reits' prices have dropped and my portoflio went into the red.
