My Investment Portfolio (End Dec 2019)

Transactions made in Dec 2019:
-  Bought 1,300 units of Ascendas Reit at $2.63 during rights issue (excess rights was allotted to other family members)
- Sold 7,000 units of Accordia Golf Trust at $0.72

I thought my portfolio would have exceeded $200,000 by end of 2020, but that did not happen. This was partly due to the fact that I sold off Accordia Golf Trust. I had no intention to sell it off until the share price suddenly rose on news that a offer was received for its golf courses. Having hold the share since 2015, the price of $0.72 proved too hard to resist. Now it is likely that my portfolio dividends yield will drop further as Accordia Golf Trust had been giving me 7% yield.

Meanwhile, I am looking for stocks to buy. Any suggestions?
