No transactions were made in December as I was overseas.
Came back to news of the Keppel Reit preferential offering. I have yet to digest this piece of news. Fortunately, I have until 9 Jan to make a decision and purchase to it if required.
Meanwhile, I am glad that the portfolio has been rock solid this year. The portfolio value and dividends has been increasing steadily.
