My Investment Portfolio - SG (End May 2026) - New Milestone!

Transactions made:

- Added 2,500 units of CapitaLand Invest at $2.63   
- Added 744 units of Keppel Reit (1 bonus Keppel Reit for every 9 Keppel Ltd)

Added CapitaLand Invest when it went into XD. While CapitaLand Invest is meant to be a long term one, if it make sense to trade it, I will do so since it pays out dividends once a year. 

Also added 744 units of Keppel Reit due to my current holdings in Keppel Ltd. This is the second time Keppel Ltd is doing so.. I am not a fan of Keppel Reit and I do not like how I keep receiving odd units in Keppel Reit. I hope Keppel Ltd can stop this as I now need to find opportunity to round up Keppel Reit and sell it off. 

In terms of milestone, I have collected dividends amount of at least $5,000 in a month, in the month of May. Have collected $5.7k in May =). Bearing unforeseen circumstances, I will collected at least $5,000 in August too. Fingers crossed. I have come a long way since I started investing since 2011 and it is important for me to track such milestones.
