No transactions were made in November. 

Glad to receive dividends once again in the month of November. Thanks to DBS, their dividends payout has helped to mitigate the drop in dividends from reits such as MIT and MLT. 

Meanwhile, the market has priced in a rate cut for 12 December 2025 meeting, to 350-375. Let see if that really happens. Meanwhile, I have been calculating my tax payable for IRAS Income Tax, Year of Assessment for 2026. Have done cash top-up to my CPF MA account as an amount has been deducted for medisave. I will also be making contributions into my Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) account to lower the tax payable. This is your sign to start calculating yours now if you have not done so.
