- received 155 units of CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust from CapitaLandInvest.
- added 495 units of CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust in month of May, making use of the zero brokerage fees for odd units purchase for this limited period of time.

I have yet to decided how I want to allocate the 155 and 495 units of CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust across to both my wife and my portfolio. I will wait till I have finalised my purchase of odd units before the allocation.

With the flip and flop from President Trump, my stock portfolio zoom back to green. I have been quite busy at work lately resulting in the lack of transactions. I really need to think what to purchase soon.

I have had buy transactions for Ascendas Reit in March, but its price went up before the orders got fulfilled. What a missed opportunity as its price, along with Reits generally have gone up. This is life, you will miss all kinds of opportunities. 

Meanwhile, I will continue to keep a look out. Though with the volume amount of work coming in, it is really hard to juggle and find time to look at stock prices or even read the price alerts that I had set. I am quite certain that the next month is going to be even more hectic.

I am just watching and reminding myself to be patient. Reits like MIT are so attractive once again, but with interest rate not coming down and the fact that MIT is already my biggest portfolio, I am mindful of purchasing it. Maybe in the month of Feb, my fingers will be itchy and I will give in to temptation. 

Meanwhile, I am waiting eagerly for our Singapore Bank stocks financial result in Feb. Will DBS give a special dividends with the change in command? Will there be a stock split in the plan? We shall see come 10 Feb!

Transactions: 

-  Added 5,900 units of Keppel DC Reit via the recent Preferential Offering at $2.03

As a result of the recent Keppel DC Reit preferential offering, I have taken advantage of it and applied for excess rights, averaging up my average price for Keppel DC Reit.  

As of 24 Dec 2024, Market has priced in just one rate cut for 2025. Currently, we are at 425-450. We can expect more changes in expectations in early 2025 when Trump becomes the President and starts to try to implement some of his policies. 

As always, I will just continue what I am doing, building my portfolio brick by brick.
