Realised that I missed out updating my portfolio for end of August. Hence, this post consist of the transactions and dividends received in August and September 2025.

Transactions:
- Allotted 5,000 units of Astrea9A2 5.7%400808 (USD) through the IPO in Aug 2025.
- Bought 2,000 units of Sembcorp Ind in Sep 2025.
- Added 150 units of Lendlease Reit at $0.5323 via Scrip Dividends
- Allotted 2,500 units of Centurion Accommodation Reit at $0.88 through IPO in Sep 2025.
In the past two months, I participated in two IPOs namely the Astrea9A2 and Centurion Accommodation Reit. What was partciularly disappointing was the amount of units allotted for the reit. I balloted for 50,000 units and while I knew that the allotted number of units will be low, I did not expect 2,500 units.
I have also just realised that I have crossed two significant milestones. The first milestone is that my personal portfolio value has crossed the half a million mark (i.e. crossed $500,000). I am sitting on a unrealised gain of around $70,000, which means all I need is some negative news and the market turn and I will be below this milestone.
The second milestone is that I have collected more than $100,000 of dividends since I started this journey in 2011. In fact, I have collected $117,000 of dividends as of end September 2025. Bearing unforeseen circumstances, I will collect around $120,000 of dividends by end 2025 (unless there are many scrip dividends scheme).
It has been a long journey, a slow but rewarding one. I will need to stay grounded because all I need is for the market to turn the tide and I will below the half a million portfolio value again. This is a given and not a matter of if but when.
